This door lock actuator is a direct replacement for Genuine Part Number Reference: 5K2837016H. Also known as a door catch, door latch, central locking motor or door lock mechanism, it is the complete right front door lock assembly with the actuator motor and microswitches built in, and uses a 7 pin connector. Replacing a failed lock cures a door that will not open or latch properly, central locking that works on some doors but not others, and a door-ajar warning that stays lit with the door shut.
