This door lock actuator is a direct replacement for Genuine Part Number Reference: 3C4839015C. Also known as a door catch, door latch, central locking motor or door lock mechanism, it is the complete left rear door lock assembly with the actuator motor, microswitches and electrically actuated child lock built in, and uses a 9 pin connector. Replacing a failed lock cures a rear door that will not open from either handle, a child lock that will not engage from the driver's switch, and central locking that skips one door.
