This high-quality Teilex air suspension compressor is a direct replacement for Genuine Part Number Reference: 37226778773. This compressor (also known as an EAS air suspension pump or self-leveling suspension compressor) supplies compressed air to the vehicle's air suspension system, maintaining correct ride height and load levelling.
Important: on the X5 E53, this applies to the rear self-leveling suspension only (2-corner), not a full 4-corner air suspension system. On the BMW 5 Series E39, self-leveling rear suspension was fitted mainly to the Touring (wagon) body style.
